Neil is known for his worldwide experiences in Culinary Management and his ability to translate the different concepts of international and local gastronomic into a Dining Destination. His natural leadership qualities and passion to culinary perfection has brought him to vast exposure in star properties, high end society and luxury villas in South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Egypt to the top end properties in Maldives. Before joining Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa in Bali, Neil was the Executive Chef and Executive Committee member (Director) at Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru North Male, Maldives where he was responsible for leading Food & Beverage of three extravagance Villas Boutique Island hotels, Cruise Yacht and Catamaran. Prior to that Neil was assigned to open and manage a socialite Garden City Club in Cairo, five stars resort hotel Hyatt Regency in South Sinai Egypt other Hyatt Regency management in Dubai, Kazakhstan, Jordan, Sultanate of Oman. Neil was graduated in Professional Cookery through the South African Hotel Industry Training Board in Cape Town, South Africa. He also carries many qualifications in Business Management, Environment, Health and Awards. Neil practice includes “a melange of North and South African, Mediterranean, Lebanese, Middle Eastern and Italian cuisine:, which has influenced his passion for quality food that’s packed with flavour.
