I don't even know where to start. This was a family vacation. 1 adult with 2 elderly parents. Upon arrival, we had Adi to greet us at the airport. He was knowledgeable, patience and kind. My mom has difficulty walking and throughout our stay, we required a wheelchair. The hotel premises are wheelchair friendly, it was easy for elderly people to move around, slopes for easy excess for wheelchairs, elevators are available too. The staff are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The check in however requires a little more improvement. I think it's important for staff to listen and attend to the guests needs. I got an extra bed for our superior room but asked for an upgrade to triple sharing room during check in. When we got our room, it was twin sharing. I was too exhausted to go back to inform the reception and had our bell boy, Sugi to inform the housekeeping and got our extra bed. Other than that, pleasant stay, excellent service, my parents are totally happy and I have a good tan! ;) Thumbs up! Keep up the good work. I will come back in future for sure!

We spent our honeymoon at this resort 30 years ago and decided to venture back for our anniversary. We stayed in a Palace room. It was very luxurious with beautiful wood panelling and the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in away from home. The view from our room was breathtaking. Thankyou to the most thoughtful and attentive staff that we have ever experienced. The Palace Club was the icing on the cake. Will be back
