Nusa Dua, BALI, June 2019 – The Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, Bali hosted a “Prevention of Drug Abuse Seminar” at the resort on 14th June 2019. The National Anti-Narcotics Movement (Gerakan Anti Narkoba Nasional, GANNAS) representatives presented this seminar. Seventy-five participants from the resort’s employees and local village community attended this educational seminar.
The education of Drug abuse prevention has become an important first step to know about the danger of addiction; prevention techniques, and where to find recovery help if necessary. Drug prevention programs are designed to provide education and support necessary to diminish drug dependency in communities and the workplace. Drug abuse prevention begins with education and spreading the word regarding the dangers of drugs to oneself and to the community.
