Greetings from Bali.

The refurbishment of Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa is going extremely well and is exceeding our expectation.

Refurbishment 2nd Phase – Agung Garden Wing

The current 2^ndphase covering 162 Deluxe, Premier, Palace Club rooms and Palace Club suites in Agung Garden Wing, which was initially scheduled to re-open end of July 2011, will now be re-opened early June 2011.

Refurbishement 3rd Phase – Agung Spa Wing

To anticipate the high demand of mid year 2011, the Hotel decided to hold refurbishment activities commencing the 3^rd phase covering 137 rooms in Agung Spa Wing to 2^nd week of September 2011. Obviously we are very convinced that the 3^rd phase, like the 2^nd phase, can be accomplished on time as we planned, i.e. before Christmas 2011.

With the above mentioned situation, we are glad to advise you that the Hotel will run with its full room availability, of 382 rooms, in the months of June, July and August.

We wish to ensure our Valued Partners to openly sell your allotment without any doubt since there will be no project work going on during these 3 months.

GENERIC RENOVATION INFORMATION FOR 2011

Hours of work : 9 am - 6 pm

Days of week : Monday – Sunday

Noise / Pollution : Major noise will take place during the first two weeks of renovation (15 - 30 September 2011), however guests may experience some light noise /pollution throughout the construction period

Sight Pollution : All works will be within confines of guest rooms and the areas will be cordoned off as necessary

Flow of workers : Workers will access from the back of the building and should not provide any challenges or bad visuals to guests

Duration  : 15 September - 22 December  2011
