Nusa Dua Beach Latin Night

Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa held a captivating Latin Night Party for the crème de la crème of Food & Beverage community in Jakarta, Bandung, and Bali. It was in the evening of March 13, 2010, when the Chefs celebrated their hard-earned awards and cheered for the escalated Bali culinary scene.

The national cookery competition, Salon Culinaire 2010, held 11-13 March at Bali International Convention Centre was declared a major success. As the competition ended, Nusa Dua Hotel and Bali Culinary Professional threw this Salon Culinaire 2010 Closing Party.

Guests of more than 100 people were entertained by amusing performances such as salsa dance, samba dance and Capoeira, topped with sexy music spin by DJ Beta Costa from Russia. The Latin delicacies like chili con carne, chorizo, tacos, and nachos were served in a fresh outdoor setting. To quench the thirst of the hot night, Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa made sure there was no shortage of the hotel’s new signature Mojitos.
