The flavours of Asia play beautifully to a tropical audience and Maguro Bistro features a range of recipes sourced across Asia.
Offering both favourites and innovations of our own from our Executive Chef, Australian Darren Lauder, who has come to us from Japan. Maguro features dishes as diverse as the Indian influenced lamb pastries to Chinese favourites like crispy prawn dim sums to flavourful tropical Asian-style salads and Japanese Sushi and Sashimi.
Mains can be light or filling; from grilled lobster to the popular Barbecue beef ribs, seafood curry, twice-cooked duck or a variety of yakitori sticks.
Deserts also get the Maguro treatment, light, bright and classically presented. Recently renovated in red and black with an open kitchen and a breezy terrace, Maguro invites you to enjoy our tropical ambience beside the pool for lunch or dinner.
