Surrounded by a tropical lotus pond and nestled amidst palm trees and landscaped gardens, Wedang Jahe is the idyllic setting for breakfast and dinner. Dining options include indoors or outdoors while seating arrangements are casual and relaxing. The restaurant offers an international buffet breakfast, regular theme buffet dinners and an international a la carte menu. Indoors, two large wood carvings are set in the middle of the restaurant showcasing high piles of fruits depicting a Balinese traditional offering served to appease the Gods who guard the island and it's people.

Regular theme buffet dinners include Italian Night, offering a selection of the finest pastas and pizzas, set in an Italian night theme extravaganza. Fashion night, where top models showcase elegant evening attire while guests dine with a 5-course set dinner. Mexican Night, where guests will find the finest selection of Mexican dishes through a  4-course set dinner. Balinese Night, where the emphasis of the evening will be on the local traditional Balinese cuisine served through a 4-course set dinner, all prepared by the resorts' professional chefs.
