Rajalaya service was traditionally reserved for Royal families. Each course is served in procession by Balinese girls dressed in traditional costumes and accompanied by a Bleganjur orchestra which consists of musicians playing bamboo instruments, flutes and Balinese cymbals. Janur (coconut leaves) and penjor (lighted Balinese flags) decorate the entrance, while Umbul-umbuls and Balinese umbrellas are positioned throughout the dining venue. The tables are decorated in Batik table cloth with Balinese gebongan (flower offerings ) and banana trunk candle covers for center pieces.

Festive Penjor (lighted Balinese flags) and janur (coconut leaves) decorate the cocktail entrance with Balinese umbrellas and torch lights. Local artisans are invited to display their arts and crafts creating atmosphere of a Balinese market. A troop of Bleganjur with their Balinese orchestra, flutes and cymbals will lead all of you from the cocktail venue to the dinner venue, passing different kinds of entertainment such as dances, street vendors, cockfighting, a duck farm, puppet shadow,etc. Tree lights, torch and elegant dinner table will welcome you at the dinner venue. Service staff will be wearing traditional Balinese costumes.

Amid the backdrop of sea and stars, the night is lit up by torches illuminating festive Umbul-umbuls (Balinese flags) and penjor. A beach side barbecue buffet is served with blue runner on top of white table cloths with Sea shell flower decorations and candles covered with banana trunks. The buffet decorated is with coconuts and other tropical fruits and the Chef is ready to grill the foods. Staff is cheerfully dressed in floral costumes.

A night unlike any other. An outdoor feast with a tropical ambience under the stars. Imagine an area, only lit by torches and campfires, a large number of bamboo instruments calling the guests to this mystical place, full of surprises. Jungle beat is accompanying food and drinks served in bamboo and coconut recipients. Pencak Silat, local martial arts, are performed under the guidance of nervous jungle drums.
The dining tables are decorated with pandan straw mats and coconut leaves to create a natural environment. The table centerpieces include burning coconuts. Male serving staff is bare-chested and dressed in sarongs and sandals.

Combining the best of Eastern and Western cuisine's, food from around the world is displayed in separate stalls, each decorated with country’s décor. A Balinese flavor is added by penjor (Balinese flags) and janur (coconut leaves) at the entrance with torch lights, Umbul-umbul and Balinese umbrellas. Tables will be decorated with International style with staff dressed in formal costumes.
