TERMS AND CONDITIONS All rate are quoted per room per night and net inclusive of 21% tax and service charge. All booking will be based on first come first serve basis. All Reservations MUST include credit card number and expired date as well as flight details. Room reservations without credit card details and not guaranteed by IOSCO APRC 2008 may be released without prior notice if the Hotel needs the room(s). Payment by credit card is normally charged in local currency. The subsequent exchanges rates might be applied by credit card vendors, when your statement is converted into local currency. Full payment is required upon reservation to confirm the booking and will be automatically charged to the credit card. Check-in is commonly from 14.00 hours and check out is at 12.00 hours (earlier check-in or late check-out is subject to space available). Guests staying in the Palace Club rooms and suites are entitled to the Palace Club services, i.e. private check-in/check-out in the exclusive Palace Club Lounge; American breakfast, afternoon tea with pastries, two hours evening cocktail with hot and cold canapes, refreshment of juice and softdrinks through out the day, all are served in the Palace Club Lounge; free internet access in the Palace Club Lounge round the clock. Delegates with KITAS/KIMs must show the KITAS/KIMS to the Receptionist upon check-in. The Hotel reserves the right to change the room rate to American Dollar rate, should guests fail to show the KITAS/KIMs.
CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation notification and booking changes should be sent in writing to the Reservations Department of the Hotel at reservations@nusaduahotel.com. Should cancellation notice is received 21 Days before arrival, cancellation penalty in term of 1 (one) night room charge shall apply. Should cancellation notice is received less than 21 days before arrival OR guest does not show-up, cancellation/no-show penalty equivalent to total room charge of full length of stay shall apply. Reduction of length of stay will be accepted without cancellation penalty, if clearly informed to the Receptionist upon check-in. Reduction of length of stay with no prior information will be charged according to the original length of stay. Any other expenses occured during the stay at the Hotel, shall be settled prior to departure.
