1. Rates are per room per night inclusive of Palace Club services
2. Rates are subject to prevailing 21% service charge and government tax
3. Baby crib is free of charge and on request
4. Rates are subject to change without notice
5. Check-out time is 12.00 noon and check-in time is 2.00 p.m.
6. Airport transfer is available at US$ 20 net/way by hotel car or at US$ 35 net/way by limousine
7. Minimum stay of 5 nights for period 25 Dec  - 05 January

Butler service
Free internet access for the first 15 (fifteen) minutes daily in the Palace Club Lounge

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation notification within 7 days prior to arrival date, a one-night cancellation fee will be imposed and a full-length-of-stay cancellation fee for any cancellation notification within 3 days prior to arrival date

No-Show
In the event that the individual does not arrive, the person or Internet company(s) who made the booking shall be held responsible for payment computed as the equivalent for the full length of stay.  In the case that payment is by guest's personal account, the Hotel will charge the amount to the credit card of guest
